Top Seal helps seal against algae, mildew and mold. It also eases the removal of ice and snow on concrete and masonry. Driveways, sidewalks, slabs and concrete walls will get their durability increased by having improved resistance to the effects of freeze-thaw exposure, therefore adding years of life to the concrete or masonry. Top Seal can be applied to porous blocks, cinder blocks, stucco, painted and unpainted surfaces.  PROVIDES UP TO 5 YEARS PROTECTION ON CONCRETE AND MASONRY WALLS.

A revolutionary product in the rust control industry. It is an economical, effective, simple and safe rust removing and metal refurbishing product that simultaneously provides an extremely hard, protective phosphate coating, therefore dramatically retarding the recurrence of rust. It removes rust and creates a protective coating in one application. The protective coating allows paint to adhere (10) times better than conventional primers which makes it invaluable in establishing an effective rust maintenance and prevention program. This primer coating is bonded ironically to the metal thus creating a neutral barrier. Steel Seal is highly recommended as a primer coating and protector of virgin steel and iron. If used on non-ferrous metal it will remove calcium and mineral build-ups and will bring the metal back to a shiny surface.

The unique formula in Wood Seal coats and penetrates the wood with a sealer unmatched in today's market. It forms a water repellent shield on ALL TYPES OF WOOD. Wood Seal will add life to the wood by preserving, repelling water and helping to prevent dr^y-rot, while also resisting termite penetration. It will fire retard wood, canvas and cloth, which makes it unique among wood sealers today.

Thermo-Seal is space-age, insulating texture coating, unlike most other coatings or paints in today’s market. When applied to surface, Thermo-Seal prevents abnormal amounts of heat from being absorbed and transmitted. Thermo-Seal will form a water resistant, thermal-reflecting coating, offering exceptional resistance to the sun and most weather conditions. Its' flexibility is greater than the expansion or contraction of most surfaces to which it is applied. This allows the surface to move without cracking or flaking the coating. Saves energy by reducing cooling costs by as much as 43% and heating costs by as much as 22%. It is also fire retardant.      

A clear acrylic coating for concrete, stone, slate and steel surfaces. Stone Seal will form a hard, durable water proof coating and enhance the appearance of any masonry surface. This product provides longer life and resistance to wear from weather and sun.

Epoxy Seal produces a super-hard, durable protective surface. It has been designed for use on floors and areas which are subject to abrasive traffic, impact and corrosive chemical spillage such as, alkalis, blood fats, oils, sugars, acids and other chemicals. Can be used on sidewalks, driveways, basement floors, steps and walls, bricks, cements, stones and concrete. Also can be used to fill and patch cracks, holes and breaks. Helps to water proof and create a chemical resistant surface. Also comes in a non-skid kit for floors and a kit with aggregate for patching masonry surfaces. Not to be used on wood surfaces.

A cross-linking urethane polymer designed specifically for use as a penetrating seal and top coat for wood and concrete floors and other surfaces. Exceptional in clarity, toughness -and non-yellowing characteristic. Resistant to harsh detergents, water damage and general wear and tear.
